Rules of entry into the Czech Republic valid from 9 November 2020
From Monday, November 9, 2020, a new protective measure of the Ministry of Health will be effective, which regulates the entry of persons into the Czech Republic. The new measure responds to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and coordination at EU level. The resulting epidemiological measures and restrictions apply both to Czech citizens returning to the Czech Republic and to all foreigners.
GREEN – passengers from these countries (both foreigners and Czech citizens) can arrive without having to fill in an arrival form and undergo a PCR test or quarantine.
ORANGE – passengers from these countries can arrive without having to fill in an arrival form. Before entering a workplace or educational institution in the Czech Republic, foreigners who come to the Czech Republic for work or study will have to submit a negative PCR test. Applies to foreigners only.
RED – passengers from these countries (both foreigners and Czech citizens) must fill in the arrival form and pass a PCR test or quarantine before entering the Czech Republic.
